This year through an innovation grant we received funding for five author visits.   Diane Swanson gave an outstanding presentation actively engaging students in non-fiction books about science in the Fall.  Award winning author Kit Pearson and celebrated author illustrator Lee Edward Fodi are scheduled for spring visits. Arrangements for two other authors are currently in progress.
